MUSIC PROJECT DAY

Making music without prior knowledge? Music apps make it possible – low-threshold, creative, and digital.

The students compose and produce their own songs using the tablet without being able to play an instrument.

At the end of the project day, they hold their own song in their hands – a true sense of achievement to listen to, share, and be proud of.

1. Together we discuss what music actually means and listen to our favorite songs together.

2. Then it's time to use the tablet and have the students create their own rhythms, harmonies, and melodies. From rap to country, anything is possible!

3. At the end, they arrange everything into their own track – with sound effects, song parts and, if desired, vocals.

And this is what it sounds like in the end:

2. Classic meets digital

How does Beethoven sound on the iPad? In this workshop, students rearrange classical works and blend them with modern sounds.

In this way, they not only learn about instrumentation and notation, but also discover music history in a creative way.

1. Songwriting4Kids

Here, students develop their own song – from the first chord to the finished recording with lyrics and vocals. The focus isn't on perfection, but on creative expression and teamwork.

Even without prior musical knowledge, a collaborative work is created that is worth listening to – even as a multi-day project or in online form.

3. Music shapes opinions

The students explore social issues and express their views in their own song – political, personal, or poetic.

In this way, music becomes a mouthpiece and creates space for creativity, attitude and discussion.
